The event is two-person team competition. 11-Two-person teams from GJGT compete against 11- two-person teams from the Atlantic Coast Junior Tour. The format is as follows:
Friday, December 19 - Practice Rounds begin at 12:00 pm. Call the golf shop at 803.478.2500 for tee times.
Saturday, December 20 - Nine Holes Alternate Shot, Nine Holes Best Ball - 1 point for a win, 1/2 point for a draw, no points for a loss
Sunday, December 21 - 18 Hole Individual Match Play - 1 point for a win, 1/2 point for a draw, no points for a loss
The team with the highest point total wins the inaugural American Junior Cup trophy.
